Policies & Quidelines

At Paige’s Confections your order is accepted once confirmed by Paige, and your initial deposit is paid. Things happen, and sometimes cancellations are necessary. We try to be as understanding as possible, and work with the urgency of the situation.

Please read the following guidelines and policies before going forward with your cancellation.

 

If your order is cancelled within 10 or more days of your scheduled date, you will be issued a complete refund.

 

If your order is cancelled within 7-10 days of your scheduled date, you forfeit your deposit total, but will be issued the remaining balance, if already paid in full.

 

If your order is cancelled with less than 7 days of your scheduled date, you forfeit the entire balance of which you already paid.

 

If you wish to change the date, or use your deposit towards another order. That would be acceptable, but has limitations such as availability, price difference, etc.

Once you have been quoted a price by Paige. You are then expected to pay an initial deposit of half of the balance of your order.

Your order WILL NOT be accepted until the deposit has been paid.

 

Once the deposit is paid, you are expected to pay the remaining balance within a week of your scheduled date.

 

Paying in full, as your deposit, is accepted, and often appreciated, but not required.

Payment can be made through Venmo, PayPal, & Zelle. If none of these options are suitable for you, please contact Paige.

If you have placed an order for a tiered wedding cake through Paige’s Confections, delivery is required!

 

Payment for delivery is priced at $1/mile, my team and I have to travel. This is non-negotiable.

 

Once an order has been picked up from the pickup location, Paige’s Confections is NOT responsible for any damage that was done to the desserts in the transportation process, or there after. You may reach out and see if there is anything to be done, but there may be additional charges to follow.

 

Delivery is open to all customers, although please be aware of the price changes

For weddings, you are required to sign a document stating you agree with my policy guidelines. This is to ensure protection for my business, but also yourself.

 

Delivery is an option, and often required. If you have any concerns with my delivery guidelines, please let me know!

 

Your deposit is half of your entire payment, and must be paid before the order is accepted. Please see cancellations policies for further pricing information.

 

Setup is included in my pricing. If you wish to rent any decorations: stands, signs, etc. please make me aware so we can talk about pricing from there.
